How can I get in the possession of a Lanarte catalogue?

You can get a Lanarte catalogue at any Lanarte sales outlet.

 

Please contact the dealer in your country for more information about shop addresses. If Lanarte is not represented in your country, it is in some cases possible to order directly from Lanarte under certain conditions. Please contact us about this.

 

Is it possible for consumers to order the Lanarte products directly from Lanarte? 

Our product is only available via the retail trade.

I own a store. Am I allowed to sell your products in my country?

You can only buy and sell our product in consultation with the distributor in your country. Please contact the distributor in your country for more information. For addresses we refer you to our dealers.

Am I allowed to put your products on my website?

You can contact the distributor in your country about this. If Lanarte is not represented in your country, you can contact us directly for more information.

 

When will you release new embroidery kits or a new catalogue?

Twice a year we launch a new collection of embroidery kits, namely in the Spring (February/March) and in the Autumn ((September). The new collection is presented in an introduction brochure, which is available in the store. Every year around September the new version of the Lanarte catalogue is released. This catalogue is available at the Lanarte sales outlet as well.

 

Can I order the embroidery fabric / pattern / yarn separately?

The Lanarte embroidery kit is only available as a complete kit.

 

A friend of mine discovered a leaflet of a Lanarte design. However, Lanarte only sell complete kits. How come?

Indeed we only sell complete kits. However, our business-relation in the USA, the firm Leisure Arts, produces and sells some of our designs as a leaflet in a limited number of countries. You can check their website www.leisurearts.com to take a look at their range of products. 

 

Do you sell the frames for the embroidery as well?

The frames are not part of our assortment. We advise you to consult a frame-maker in order to obtain a suitable frame.

 

I know that a certain embroidery kit is not available any more. Is it possible to obtain the pattern from you?

No, if a kit is discontinued it is not possible to obtain the pattern anymore.

 

Why are not the DMC-numbers mentioned on the pattern anymore?

The DMC-numbers are not mentioned anymore, as we frequently ascertain a misuse of the copyright on our patterns. In order to avoid our pattern being copied illegally, we decided to take this measure.

 

I am short of threads to finish my embroidery, where can I get these?

The Lanarte embroidery kits are provided with ample embroidery yarn. In the exceptional case that the kit does not contain enough threads, you can go to any Lanarte sales outlet with your embroidery. If the shortage is genuine, you will get a supplement of threads which you are short of for free.

 

I cannot find a symbol on the colour table, whereas this symbol is printed on the pattern.

This is a special symbol. In the description you can read why. These symbols often relate to the fact that two different DMC-colours are to be combined.

 

I would like to copy a pattern so I can make it again. I this allowed?

Unfortunately, this is not allowed. The copyright (intellectual ownership), which we have on our patterns means that the pattern may be used only once. To gain a better insight in why it is not allowed, please click here.

 

(Part of) the pattern is missing.

If the embroidery kit is not complete, you can get the missing part at any Lanarte sales outlet on presentation of the embroidery kit.

 

The fabric included contains a (weaving) fault.

You can go to any Lanarte sales outlet. On presentation of the fault in the fabric they will provide you with a new piece of fabric.

 

Can I get in the possession of a catalogue or brochure which picture your older designs?

You can find all the designs of our current collection in our recent catalogue and on the website. We do not have brochures or catalogues of older (discontinued) kits available anymore. You can always ask a store in your neighbourhood for older kits and catalogues or maybe it is possible for the retailer to ask the agent in your country for older kits. Obviously, there is a great chance that the kits from older catalogues are not available anymore.
